Dark Inventions is the brainchild of composer and conductor Christopher Leedham and composer and analyst Martin Scheuregger. The group focuses on combining music of different periods, curating projects that aim to entertain and inspire audiences whilst introducing some hidden gems from past and present repertoire. As well as programming works by Anthony Powers, Judith Weir and Roger Marsh, there will be two Late Music commissions by David Lancaster and Ji Sun Yang.
